• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture). Project administration experience of large scale projects and at least 6 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Practice experience with minimum 3 years in the capacity of a Resident Architect is highly preferred.
• Design skill to resolve practical buildability issues will be positively considered.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
• [*Note : Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Employment will be on contract basis tentatively commencing from April 2019.
