Job Description

-Site investigation & tender preparation

-Design review, calculation, detailed design, drawings & documents preparation

-Project coordination, supervision, testing & commissioning

-Maintenance management

-Working independently & working on site

-Various types of projects including new construction, A&A, fitting-out, design & build, repair & maintenance

-Report to Project Manager

Skills & Requirements

-Fields of Study: M&E Engineering or Building Services Engineering

-Education Level (pursuing/obtained): Master / Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor, Higher Diploma / Associate Degree

-Required Level of Working Experience: 2 to 5 years solid experience

-Fluent Cantonese; fair Putonghua; fair English; able to read and write Chinese and English; able to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project and AutoCAD; Chinese and English typing; Green Card holder
