Responsibilities: 

• Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring
• Assistant to coordinate and liaise with client, main contractors, government departments, sub-contractors, etc, in the addition & alteration, renovation and new development projects.
• Submit record and record photos
• Follow materials order& delivery
• Carry out site visit

Requirements:

• Secondary Education or above
• Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Construction Industry
• With T1 or equivalents an advantage
• Capable to analysis of construction drawing preferable
• Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD and MS Project
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Communication and site management skills
