Key Responsibilities: 

• Familiar with corporate and/or event business segments
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to solicit new business and achieve team target
• Expand corporate base, develop new business opportunities and maintain positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business
• Manage and discuss all elements of event florals with team including: concept, design, production, + execution
• Be responsible for creating quotes and proposals based on customer requests in a timely manner
• Assist with sourcing 
• Other ad-hoc projects requested from managers

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of floral and/or event experience

• A keen eye for detail and strong organization skills

• Computer literate & bilingual (Cantonese & English) 
• Highly organized and a self-starter
• Flexible, fun loving & enjoys diversity at work

• Ability to plan, drive and manage different projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Salary is negotiable based on experience and nature of position.  We offer a competitive package and training to the successful candidates.
