Responsibilities
• Formulate and improve the rules and regulations and process specifications of the Hong Kong Logistics Warehousing Center, strictly enforce it, ensure the quality and efficiency of the warehousing business, and be responsible for business indicators
• Contact with suppliers; consumable supply management and control, accounting details
• Reasonable for manpower allocation and other resources for each job and operation process, improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs
• Real-time monitoring of all aspects of production operations, timely reporting, handling of various problems and failures, ensuring smooth production and operation
• Responsible for regular analysis of production operations, work order complaints, asset management, cost control, labor efficiency, loss prevention safety and other related data, timely discovery, reporting and problem solving
• Responsible for communication, coordination, and problem communication and resolution with other business units
• Responsible for daily operation and training of employees, team building and talent team training

Requirements
• 5 years related work experience is required
• Familiar with cross-border e-commerce import B2C warehousing business process, can propose optimized integration plan
• With warehousing management experience with more than 5,000 daily shipments, and more than 50 employees
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong project execution, integrity, and ability to withstand pressure
