Responsibilities

• Responsible for content management , product launches, products markdown , promotional launches, and inventory control of online stores
• Handle customer’s enquiries, including replying email, manage refunds and returned items
• Improve online store conversion , contents and user experience by researching, providing competitor site audit and propose solution to deliver better user experience on desktop and mobile
• Processing the online order
• Assist in achieving sales targets
• Generate sales report for management review 
• Maintain, update and publish third party marketplace content including products description and imagery
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned 
• Support marketing event projects when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Ecommerce, Marketing, Business related disciplines

• A minimum of 1-2 years working experience in E-Commerce/ Fashion industry 
• Good level of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Day to day packing & processing the online order
• Knowledge and experience in eCommerce platforms and (i.e. Shopify, Wix, Paypal, Amazon)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Independent, Self-motivated, responsible, proactive
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Photoshop at minimum
• Business Trip (China) may be required
• Passion for the fashion industry/activewear 
• Willing to work at a small group
• Fresh graduates will NOT be considered
• Immediately available is preferred
