Responsibilities:

• Focus on overseas market, familiar with international customer’s behaviors, need to enhance and maintain users activation, users retention after bring new customers.
• Build up a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer life-cycle, help company stay connected to customers and improve profitability.
• Target setting to promote products and attract potential target, increase users conversion rate, have a strategy to get users back to company website / APP again and again
• Data Monitor and analytics, includes daily new users, daily login users, daily activated users etc.
• Work closely with team from Guangzhou, and to perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Operations Management /Marketing Information or related discipline
• At least 2 years of related experience include business data analysis, database marketing or customer information management
• Familiar with foreign user’s psychology and actions
• Strong analytical skills, smart, energetic, aggressive, curiosity
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Knowledge in social media like Facebook、twitter、Instagram、snapchat, etc.
• Occasional business trip might be required
