Job Description
My client a global travel media commerce company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager, Asia Pacific (Based in Shanghai). The ideal candidate understands operational and financial metrics that are critical to the business. You will be hands on in sales operations, and provide support to the APAC business. You will also help to lead the process enhancement to improve the efficiency of the business operations.
Role:
- Collaborating with sales and production units in APAC countries to optimize the business performance
- Vendor management with 3rd party tracking, payment solutions, vendor sourcing, system admin
- Salesforce admin inc; Salesforce customization/training, 3rd party tracking reports and coordinator
- Support the launch of different marketing programs
- Act as the APAC point of contact for different global initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- 8+ years working experience
- 2+ years' experience with salesforce admin or programming role
- Strong background in sales operations management and experience in transforming data into actionable insights
- Think creatively about the performance that drives success and profitability.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, operational metrics or metrics used in analytics
- Knowledge of basic e-commerce and site tracking methodology
- Proficient with Google Analytics
- Good understanding of the mobile and internet market in APAC
- Strong language skills in English and Chinese
