Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review the company’s proprietary curriculum and provide suggestions and recommendations regarding any developments.
- Monitoring and evaluating early childhood programs for program effectiveness
- Work with the Curriculum Coordinator to make any necessary adjustments and modifications to the curriculum.
- Responsible for submission of curriculum to relevant government departments for approval.
- Develop curriculum themes and concepts.
- Conduct monthly curriculum training to our centers.
- Conduct live workshops and presentations to our current and potential parents.
Qualifications
- Experience in writing ECE curriculum or work in curriculum development team
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education with ECE Endorsement, or a related field is required with preference in MS.Ed in ECE related field.
- Teaching experience with children ages birth through six years old, management experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood pedagogy, curriculum and best practices learning environments.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Public speaking, effective writing and oral communication
- Self motivated, organization, time management, and attend to multiple tasks
- Basic skill in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Emails and Internet Browsing

Candidate must be enthusiastic and have a love for working with children. Willingto travel periodically for classroom observations, training opportunities and company conventions.
