Job Duties

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for renovation and maintenance projects of retail shops/warehouses/offices
• Assist in preparing construction drawings, sample boards and product sourcing
• Perform site measurement and monitoring of site progress
• All other ad hoc projects as required by superiors

Requirements

• Certificate or Above in construction related disciplines
• Minimum 2 year related fitting out experience
• Proficient in CAD and MS Office
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good attention to details, independent, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with better experience will be considered for the position of Senior Project Coordinator
