Our client is a global company now is looking for candidates to in-charge the Data Center operations due to its expanding team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversea the high-level data centers’ operation; ensure to provide the best quality operations’ solutions
• In-charge and lead operation team members for the implementation of network infrastructures and customer projects; ensure all project meet SLA and clients’ satisfaction
• Manage all the project installation, the engineering works, personnel mobilization and job progress
• Manage all site operations activities, such as preparing infrastructure system plan, Operations SOP & response plan, facilities preventive maintenance plan and change management etc
• Work closely with internal & external counterparts, such as customers, consultants, vendors, sub-contractors
• Conduct service review with outsources vendors/contractors and to review SLA figure committed
• Manage and maintain good relationship with clients, consultants and building owners
• Plan, supervise and control project operations including cost re-estimates, manpower planning, work schedule.
• Regularly update and prepare all related operation plans/reports with its operation issues included but not only in security, vistors’ policy, log and training procedures and etc
• Provide subject matter expertise in the specification of business requirements and the scoping and design of the operation solutions for improvement and change initiatives if needed
• Participate in the ad-hoc assignment if needed

Requirements:

• Degree holders and above in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Radio Network & related discipline
• Solid experience in site supervisor is advantage, preferably gained from sizeable firm
• Familiar with different network equipment, IP & routing, LAN/ WAN, and ISO standard is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and a strong sense of responsibility
