Responsibilities:
-Maintain and support company contact center system and infrastructures.
-Configure, test and validate contact center functionality.
-Assist for sourcing and implementing new technology to increase company effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
-Graduate in IT / Computer Science related course preferable.
-Willing to learn and interested in new technology
-Self-motivated, Good interpersonal and communication skills
