Responsibilities
- Report to Senior Vice President, Non Gaming, you work closely with Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage and L&D team to ensure the strategies are aligned and performance are meeting company requirement
- Identify, evaluate, develop and drive improvement strategies
- Update the departmental SOPs to cope with the operation need to market competition
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder major in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 10 years working experience in a sizeable hotel / theme-park, gaming hotel working experience in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore or Malaysia would be a plus
- Must familiar with Hotel Operation, project experience in driving service quality, brand experience, service audit, training, quality assurance, mystery shopper program
- Knowledge in Forbes standard preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
