1) Sales Executive

• Executing sales plans
• Supplying diverse liquors to department stores, supermarkets, wine shops and stores 
• Retaining close relationship with both retail and wholesale customers
• Providing professional recommendations and knowledge to promoters
• Arranging tasting events to company’s staff
• Help making decisions on new products for coming season
• Maintaining optimal stock level in warehouse and store
• Monitoring sales data and monthly stocktake report

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of working experience. 
• Experience in F & B industry and familiar with Japanese wine will be an advantage
• Native Cantonese and Good English
• Immediate availability is highly preferable

2) Marketing TRAINEE                                        

 Report to Marketing Manager

• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies
• Implement trade marketing promotion activities, events and exhibitions
• Participate and provide support in Food Expo, Wine & Dine, and Wine tasting
• Design and implement marketing materials (eg. leaflet, promotion letter for marketing event
• Research marketing trend and provide creative ideas to expand the market
• Assist in stock take if necessary
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of related experience in Food and Beverage (Catering) industry will be definitely a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel (incl. v look up, pivot table, formula), Powerpoint and Photoshop
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome as TRAINEE
