Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily supervision and operation of the Housekeeping Department.
- Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure that prompt and courteous services are provided to all of the hotel guests especially the VIPs who receive special attention.
- Identify training needs, assist in developing formal training plans and implementing training sessions.
- Assign work and duty to the supervisors, of all Housekeeping areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms.
- Follow up the instruction and decisions made by the Executive Housekeeper and ensure that they are being implemented strictly.
- Assist in preparing the hotel strategic plan and goals program as well as the Departmental Budget.
Requirements:
- F.5 graduate with formal training in hotel institute
- 5 years direct working experience with 3 years in supervisory level
- Mature, positive and good interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, good problem solving skills and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
