工作範圍﹕

• 負責日常廚房運作，購買材料
• 所有食品製作、食材分配、調製餐飲
• 因應要求設計新款菜式
• 管理廚房運作及跟隨工作流程要求
• 維持食品製作於高水平, 保持廚房衛生整潔
• 每週工作5天，每天工作10小時，餐與餐之間落場休息

工作要求﹕

• 5年以上相關經驗，必須曾經主理高級餐館（二鑊或以上職級）或私廚經驗，具有潮州菜系經驗優先考慮
• 學歷不拘，曾接受專業培訓優先考慮

Job duties

• Responsible for daily kitchen operations, purchase ingredient

• All food production, ingredients distribution and prepare beverage

• Design new dishes as required

• Manage kitchen operations and follow workflow requirements

• Keep food production at high standard and keep the kitchen clean and tidy

• 5 working days a week, 10 working hours per day, rest  time is provided between meals

Requirements:

• Chinese chef: Over 5 years relevant experience, must have been in charge of a high-end restaurant (sous-chef or above) or private kitchen, Chouchau cuisine experience is preferred

• professional training would be an advantage
