Job Description
Job Duties
- Develop and enhance banquet for the restaurant;
- Organize and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and to enhance market penetration;
- Participate in various promotion events to enhance brand exposure;
- Prepare marketing proposals, coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver service for meeting customer expectation and matching event order;
- Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
- Operation and banquet service support to the restaurant
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in catering sales;
- Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, banquet & event service operations;
- Detail mind, excellent communication skill with strong leadership and problem solving ability to handle complex event and convention;
- Proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation Executive
