Job Description

Job Duties

  • Develop and enhance banquet for the restaurant;
  • Organize and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and to enhance market penetration;
  • Participate in various promotion events to enhance brand exposure;
  • Prepare marketing proposals, coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver service for meeting customer expectation and matching event order;
  • Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
  • Operation and banquet service support to the restaurant

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • At least years working experience in catering sales;  
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, banquet & event service operations;
  • Detail mind, excellent communication skill with strong leadership and problem solving ability to handle complex event and convention;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation Executive
