Our client is an enterprise MNC headquartered in Asia and they are expanding their IT development team. To cope with their regional rapid expansion, they are now looking for a IT Support to join their Hong Kong team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, modify, and maintain update of computer hardware and software
• Provide hardware and software Service Desk support to users
• Update and maintain account management on server
• Identify for improvement in existing information technology and operational systems and processes
• Daily technical support including PC/Network/Server

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• 0-3 years of experience in PC/network support
• Good knowledge of working in a Microsoft based environment & applications such as Window OS, Microsoft Office
• Basic network & Wi-Fi knowledge
• Adaptive, flexible and able to work independently
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Cantonese verbally and in writing
• Understanding of analog and digital signal flow
