Job Description

Responsibilities :

Provide technical consultation and support on Oracle RAC and DB2 database administration for customers
Perform database design, installation, configuration, upgrade, performance tuning and support maintenance
Work closely with Infrastructure team to provide overall solution design for enterprise customers

Requirements :

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline.
1-3 years of working experience in Oracle / DB2 database administration and support
Possess strong technical skills in database/system administration, backup recovery, performance tuning and patch updates
Knowledgeable in database HA, DR solutions: RAC, Data Guard, HADR
Knowledge in IBM Websphere and Oracle Weblogic configuration will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
Candidates with less years of experience will also be considered for a junior position
