Job Description
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Our client is a global technology services which is known as the industry standard for both structured cabling and comprehensive data center support. Due to rapid expansion currently, our client is looking for a Windows 10 Desktop Support based in Hong Kong.
JOB SCOPE (responsibilities, environment, etc)
- Responsible for technical support of the IT infrastructure in the Hong Kong office
- Responsible for supporting end user hardware and software such as Office 365, Windows 10, VMware ESX and AD
- Deploy new hardware and server backups (VMs)
- Assist and train users to improve the user experience
- Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS (must have skills and experience)
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT technical support
- Experience in configuration of Windows 10 upgrade / rollout projects is a must
- Working knowledge in configuration and support of Office 365
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer service focused mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
