To keep up with the transformation towards customer centric operation, our client is now on the lookout for a CRM Project Manager (Salesforce IT) to deal with customer-related business needs across the APAC region. You will be translating business user requirements into functionalities supported by the CRM platform.

CRM Project Manager (Salesforce IT) – Leading European-based MNC – 75K/ Monthly – Perm

Responsibilities:

-          Oversee project timeline of the assigned CRM projects, making sure they align with the regional CRM program initiatives and involved IT platforms/projects.

-          Manage CRM and Business Analysts

-          Document and consolidate functional requirements and design for the APAC CRM solutions

-          Liaise with specialist IT teams to align on performance

-          Advise adoption of Salesforce functionalities where applicable

-          Define business requirement and design sessions for CRM initiatives

Requirements:

-          4+ years of experience in project management/ business analysis capacity with proven track record of CRM delivery projects

-          Experience with Salesforce is a must

-          Good understanding of functionalities and limitations of Salesforce platforms including ServiceCloud, AppCloud, Heroku, MarketingCloud, Force.com

-          Good understanding of Salesforce data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into solution design

-          Vendor management in a retail/agency environment is a plus

-          Project experience with digital platforms, integration concepts and solution architecture

Consultancy background is preferred
