Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support Supervisor to develop a process to identify KEY business and Operation needs and prioritization
-
Assist Supervisor to develop IT project pipeline and communicate with stakeholders
-
Analyze and identify requirements, bring-in possible solutions, simplicity and improve business
-
Translate technical terminology into business terms, understand current IT application offerings and deliver results by taking maximum advantage of the existing application portfolio and IT infrastructure
-
Support to bring-in digital initiatives to the business transformation
-
Support the selection of the most relevant tools/services/techniques to deliver right solutions to business
-
Support teams to drive for common, best practice solutions as well as Agile/DevOps implementation
-
Manage project risks & escalate project issues to Supervisor/Head of IT & Functional Business Heads
-
Manage other projects or assignments as directed by Supervisor/Head of IT
Key Requirements:
-
Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
-
5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software at scale
-
A good understanding on insurance business, systems and processes
-
Practical knowledge of business analysis
-
Strong problem solving and analytic skills
-
Experience with business process, applications, project management, solution delivery, technologies, frameworks, and/or other methodologies applicable to assigned domain
-
Strong communication skills to collaborate with different business units, back-office teams and IT
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
