Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for application development and enhancement of internal and external clients and application systems. He/She will be involved in collecting user requirements, system analysis and design, system development and testing covering the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Interface with internal parties / customers for service requirements and manage customer relationships
• Perform software / technical solution analysis, design and development
• Ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet the quality standard
• Prepare project documents such as project schedule, design specifications, meeting minutes, test plan, operation manual, etc
• Manage RFP, RFI and technical proposal response processes
• Manage vendors on solution delivery and technical support
• Acquire new technologies for evaluation / deployment

 Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience and at least 2 years’ experience in system analysis and design
• Solid experience in following areas of Java / JSP / J2EE, C / C++/ Visual C++ / .NET, MySQL / Oracle and RedHat Linux / Embedded Linux
• Experience in the areas of WiFi, VoIP/SIP, Video Streaming Technology or SMS Messaging is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated team player and ability to work with a team of programmers and designers
• Hardworking, able to work independently and to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines
• Result oriented, with good sense of responsibility, independent and the ability to work  under pressure
• Good oral and written communication in both Chinese and English
