Job Description
Our client is a leading organisation. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for talents to join their organisation for development (Very Good Prospect for an International Listed Company).
Responsibilities:
- Support computing services on a day-to-day basis
- Diagnose and resolve technology related problems on-site/ remotely
- Perform regular tasks for computer operations, including hardware and software installation and configuration on desktops, laptops, printers, and varied handheld and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues for users that experience technical problems including email, applications, network, voice call, printer, active directory, file system etc
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Familiar with PC hardware & software and the administration of Linux / Apache / MySQL / Microsoft Windows / Microsoft SQL server, and network equipment
- Experience in Lotus Domino Mail System administration is an advantage
