My client which is a big institution is looking for above posts urgently.   It is expected that you are a hands-on Manager in SDLC, and also prefer to work in large scale user environment on developing application systems in Accounting or HR systems.    

•  Job Duties: 

• • Plan, monitor and control the assigned projects/tasks in the capacity of a functional lead.
  •  Supervise the subordinates.
  •  Carry out the necessary user requirements analysis, business process re-engineering/improvement and system design to manage the user expectations, to ensure that a well-designed system is in place
  •   Manage the outside vendors and contractors, where applicable.
  •  Prepare to work 30% on project management and 70% on hands-on system implementation in following details of projects.

  Job Requirements: 

  •  University degree in Computer Science or in a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years' post-qualification IT application systems experience, preferably together  on tier 1 accounting package such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Prefer having experience in consultancy firm and lead team to finish IT projects on any of the above systems
