Project & Service Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of field application engineers in project management of the solution implementation
• Ensure the deliverables are in line with the project plan and expectations
• Collaborate with the suppliers, users, internal developers and technical teams throughout the project implementation to ensure a smooth transition
• Compile project status reports, documentations and process maps
• Support on user acceptance test, system rollout and user training Requirements:

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in project management and IT system implementation, preferably in IoT, RFID, Bluetooth or NFC solutions 
• Strong functional/user expertise preferably in retail industry
• Strong analytical skills and documentation techniques
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

(Senior) Project and Service Engineer - (Fresh grad will be considered)

Responsibilities: 

• System installation, configuration and maintenance
• Onsite support and problem resolution with customers
• Documentation write-up
• User training and support

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Solid experience in system setup and configuration : 
• Windows, Linux, Android, DBMS, Application Server, etc.
• Enjoy communicating with customers, peers and partners
• Solid experience in ANY one of the following technical skill
• network design and implementation 
• software application development 
• Cloud architecture and implementation 
• RFID technology and retail systems
