Job Description
Job Duties:
•Managing a service team with team of 5-6 people to provide on-site and depot repairing service
•Work with customer on service maintenance contract
Requirements:
•At least 3 years working experience is preferred
•Experience in service report processes, procedures; especially in a SLA environment
•Good technical knowledge in IT products
•Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and analytical skills
