Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st tier & 2nd tier technical support
- Trouble shooting, resolution to application problem
- Support end users' real needs and uncover technical solutions
- Handle general enquiries on usage of IT equipment’s, computer tools and corporate systems (i.e. email, intranet and internet services)
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
- Have 1-2 years relevant working experience in desktop support
- Fresh grad with good IT Knowledge will be also consider
- Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
