Who we’re looking for?

• Provide software installation, system support and customer system maintenance
• Provide customer support via hotline and remote
• Provide on-site customer and office support
• Responsible for carrying out technical support work and daily operation tasks including support phone and email handling 
• Provide problem diagnosis, cause identification and resolving system problems

Way to success

• Diploma / Degree in  IT or related disciplines
• Experience in Windows platforms such as Win7, Win8, Win10, Windows Server a plus
• Good computer software and hardware knowledge
• Good problem solving skills and quick learner
• Hardworking, reliable, able to work independently as well as a team
• Good command in both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• On-job training will be provided
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred
