Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing day-to-day PC support, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
- Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
- Provide support for system upgrade and migration
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Knowledge and experience in Win7, Win8, Win10 and Mac system
- Independent, self-motivated and good communication skills
