Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to collect user requirements, perform system analysis and design, prepare technical specifications and test plan
• Collect user requirements, perform system analysis and design and system development Support the development of risk and compliance systems, eg. anti-money laundering systems
• Plan and conduct system integration test and assist user to perform user acceptance test
• Manage the external vendor to ensure all deliverables are timely and in good quality Provide system support (7 x 24 on need basis), including user enquiry and problem solving

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in risk and compliance related systems development, such as Central Liability Systems, Loan Origin Systems, IFRS9 and IRRBB
• Minimum 6 years’relevant experience in application development by using J2EE, Oracle, .NET, and PL/SQL on Unix/Linus platform
• Solid experience in managing the external vendors on projects delivery
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication and problem solving skills
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Systems Analyst
