Role and Responsibilities

• Implement and support cloud adoptions including Operating Systems, Network, DB, Middleware, etc to enable greater agility with fulfillment of infrastructure services
• Support infrastructure architects in developing technology roadmaps, including effectively evaluating products and technology to support recommendations to the business including infrastructure lifecycle, improvement and standardization strategies
• Maintain proper monitoring and alerting of all environments
• Document internal standard operating procedures, processes and training to ensure team members have the needed tools and information to support the production environments and deliver on project commitments
• Generate system metrics and reports for purposes of detecting performance bottleneck and capacity planning
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements
• Advise stakeholder on industry trends and how new technologies can be leveraged to meet business objectives
• To diagnose and resolve outstanding system problems and forward to corresponding parties to follow-up if necessary.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in deploying and life cycle management of platform services on public cloud infrastructure like Alibaba Cloud, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud or Azure Cloud
• Well versed in cloud architecture and latest technology, such as virtualization, micro-services, virtual network infrastructure, network services, web servers, middleware, high availability , script programming
• Configuration management experience on Microsoft Windows Servers and Linux
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details
• Be a team player, communicate and collaborate well in a team environment
• Knowledge of security best practices is a plus
• Clear communicator with a positive attitude
• Ability to interface with several internal partners simultaneously
