We are working with a international retail brand in hiring a in-house system support engineer for their Hong Kong office. The role will be supporting across the APAC offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup, administrate and monitor company network and infrastructure
• Ensure IT/ infrastructure availability and security for both back-office and retail store
• deliver training and advice to end users
• carry out projects or trouble-shooting with APAC team
• daily trouble shooting and procurement
• provide assistance to line manager in launching IT projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of helpdesk/ system administration/ system support/ related work experience
• Hands on experience with Windows AD, MS Exchange, VPN, O365, Firewall
• proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
