Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line technical support service for end-users, including computer software application, email and printing support
- Perform daily computer equipment health check
- Carry out Installation, configuration and administration of client side computer
- Roll out of new computer virus definition to client PC
- Perform basic server configuration
- Contact vendor for computer maintenance
- Assist Senior Technical Officer on daily system maintenance and operation tasks
- Provide non-office hour computer system support
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Computing Information System or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 1 year on computer system technical field or relevant working experience is required.
- Working experience in MS Windows system, Linux system, MS office application.
- Skill in MS Windows/Linux/IIS/Apache/MSSQL/MYSQL is an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivate, good interpersonal and communication skills
