The Job:

  • Liaise between sales channels and internal teams on HNW underwriting / policy servicing matters
  • Establish work flow and standard turnaround time; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boarding journey and promote quality sales culture
  • Maintain close relationship with operation & underwriting teams; conduct regular discussion forum for better business practice
  • Streamline internal workflow with departments regarding premium financing matters
  • Maintain good records and update case status
  • Conduct training/sharing to sales channels to uplift relevant skill-set
  • Possess high sense of responsibility and job ownership
  • Embrace collaborative culture and share best practice to fellow bank/brokerage sales team

The Person:

  • University graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience
  • Exposure in UL products and agency business would be an advantage
  • Passed in IIQE Paper I, III & IV and a holder of FLMI or CFP is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Very strong in interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills
