Responsibilities:- 

• Maintaining long-term business relationship with customers and develop new opportunities
• Inverstigate costing mechanism from suppliers and to execute pricing strategies
• Managing the team to achieve division’s business objectives
• Maintaining a strong local and regional vendor relationship to meet customers’ current and future business needs
• Providing solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
• Managing the team’s sales and merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support teams’ operating decision through explore and discussion
• Work on presentation to senior management as needed
• Regularly provide Textile & Apparel Market Information & Intelligence to direct supervisor

 Requirements:- 

• Degree holder with over 15 years substantial merchandising experience in sweater industries
• Extensive knowledge in sweater product development and production process
• Solid experience in handling USA customers
• Demonstrate a broad business and commercial acumen and a proven ability in setting strategic direction for the business
• Proactive, result-orientated, high performance driven and good sense of integrity
• Mature, independent, detail-minded, systematic, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Possess strong ability of leadership, interpersonal and communication
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
