Job Description
My client is a sizable Real Estate Group, is now looking for an outstanding talent:
General Manager – Leasing (Office building) (1 Million -3 Million) (Station in PRC)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the leasing of office buildings in China
- Analyse current asset performance and recommend strategies for enhancement, including supervising and liaison with China officers for leasing matters
- Manage and coordinate with business partners such as property agencies, solicitors, and advertising agencies for sales and leasing matters
Requirements:
- 10years or more of hands-on experience in office building leasing
- Has office building leasing experiences in China is must
- Detail-minded and able to work under pressure and independently in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
- Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
- Station in China
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Provide Chinese CV
- Less experiences will consider as Assistant General Manager or Senior Manager
