About the Project

The Ear Up Record Label Creation and Incubation Program is an innovative youth arts scheme aimed at raising the quality of local music creation and advocate marketing as an empowering tool for the sustainable development of the local music industry. Local music talents will be recruited and equipped with training through mentorship and lessons. Topics be explored include live performance, indie label / music SME establishment, operation and marketing strategies. Throughout the program, we will create local and overseas platforms and foster cultural exchanges among the cross-strait four regions and the industries.

By pooling together the talents of the industry as well as the other creative industries, we hope to magnify the development of the indie label / music SME, enhance their standard to international levels, introducing them to the overseas market and further advance the development of the local music industry.

  • 為計劃的活動、演出宣傳。
  • 舉辦國際論壇、音樂大講堂。
  • 網站内容撰寫和更新
  • 監督和與音樂會監製,製作計劃展演、大型的本地音樂節演出。
  • 向參加歌手和活動的參與者發放問卷和收集意見
  • 預備項目的完成報告和財務報表等

Senior Project Manager (12 months)

Duties:

  • Responsible for planning and developing overall program and schedule.
  • Execution and documentation of program.
  • Program research and copy writing.
  • Monitor and manage outsourced production, public relation, design vendors.
  • Liaise with collaboration partners, agencies and supporting organizations.
  • Event execution, management, and planning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communication/Animation/Event Management or related fields
  • Over 7-8 years in marketing/music/event organizing experiences  
  • Experiences of project management of government-funded projects with good track record is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

Please note the final offer of the positions will be pending on final government funding, and the offer may be a part-time mode depending on qualification, experiences and capabilities of candidates to deliver the project deliverables within the project timeline.
