Requirements:

Min. 10 years or above solid quality assurance experience in the Toys industry serving Japan / USA market

3 years at managerial level

Sound knowledge in EN71/ ASTM safety standards rule and regulations

Good command in Japanese including speaking and communication 

Good organizing and management skills

Analytical and strong in problem solving

Positive, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken is a must

Responsibilities :

Handle factory audit & evaluation for vendor

To manage projects and undertake day to day technical duties, providing technical advice to the customers and merchandisers to ensure products comply with USA/Japan safety standard rule and regulations

Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and quality improvement programs

Develop corrective and preventive plans for quality improvement

Handle customers complain and quality issue analysis and QC reporting

Set up continuous training system
