The Job

• Communicate with customer to identify customer needs and provide professional advice
• Help customer to evaluate their products and provide solution or advice on project basis
• Prepare product test plans and specifications
• Research and develop on new services
• Management of technical information for internal and external support

The Person

• HD / Degree holder in Engineering / Science disciplines
• 2-4 years’ experience in Testing Laboratory / Product Safety / Quality / Manufacturing is preferred
• Experience in design & manufacturing with knowledge of manufacturing processes & materials is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
