• Coordinate the whole product development process from concept to production
• Maintain detailed records in the system
• Monitor all product development schedules
• Coordinate with factories and suppliers
• Participate in organizing trade fairs and events
• Occasional travel to China and overseas is required

• Diploma or above with at least 2-3 years relevant experiences in the toy industry is an advantage
• Demonstrate a high sense of initiative, flexible, detail-oriented with pleasant personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing and working under tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
