Reporting to Regional Quality Assurance Manager, the incumbent will support the automotive product development and realization process to ensure conformance of quality standard and quality system to TS16949 standard, trouble shooting and prevent quality issue to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Major responsibilities are listed, but not limited to, as below:

• Facilitate PPAP activities
• Take care all quality responses in the Asian and Europe arenas
• Support Regional QA manager to implement and maintain the Automotive quality system to meets and exceed the requirements of ISO and customer's expectation
• Work with the cross function team to implement the AQP process for new product/ process.
• Enforce quality control (in-process, outgoing) system by using statistical technique and quality tools
• Periodic review of quality performance with the management team for continual improvement.
• Conduct manufacturing process audit and drive quality awareness to the BLT team.
• Liaise with customer on quality issues and complains
• Drive root cause 8D process , Must be expert at 8D processes, analysis and documentation
• Suspect inventory identification and containment
• Responsible for AQP on all new product launches
• Support Automotive supplier quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement within different automotive sites from the customer’s perspective
• Drive all process and tool qualifications at customer
• Regional travel for customer visit
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering or Science or related discipline
• At least 5 years manufacturing quality experience
• Good statistical technique, Quality tools
• Sound knowledge in ISO 9001/ISO14000 / TS16949, Minitab
• Acquaint at EU RoHS knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proactive, Goal-oriented and resilient
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Willing to travel within the Region and Oversea, if required
