Requirements
- Degree or Associate Degree holder
- 3 years working experience in sales order administration
- Solid experience in customer coordination and documentations
- Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Detail-minded, flexible, self-initiative and good team player
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sales order administration with internal and external parties
- Handle order processing and prepare quotation & sales related documents
- Coordinate with overseas clients and logistics team on delivery coordination
- Maintain sales transaction system and assist in organizing marketing events
