Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or degree holder in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years customer service, public relations or marketing experience, preferably gained from the service or medical industry;
• Demonstrated exposure in handling customers, either in person, by phone or online;
• Proven experience in providing concierge services to local and non-local customers related to lifestyle, consumer or medical sectors;
• Experienced in managing customer engagement social media such as WeChat, Facebook, Instagram etc.;
• Proven participation in marketing, advertising and promotional programmes and activities would be preferred;
• A track record of building and maintaining good customer relationship;
• Some business development exposure will be a great asset;
• Initiative, problem solving, organized and self-motivated, always ready to meet challenges;
• A good team player with excellent people and communication skills;
• Willing to make occasional travel to China and Asian countries;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
