Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Provide daily general administrative support for the department
- Assist on organizing marketing events, activities & exhibitions
- Coordinate and communicate with staff and vendors on marketing projects
- Support and assist in updating company website
- Prepare internal reports for management review
- Attend and assist in local jewelry exhibitions
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
- 3 years of relevant working experience in jewelry industry in highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in PC skills
- Knowledge in designing software is an advantage but not compulsory
- Creative mindset with good understanding of market trends
- Great team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure
