Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of event strategies and loyalty programs to optimize the engagement and recruitment of Sino Club members.  He/ She will need to develop creative event concepts and innovative lifestyle programs to enhance members’ experience.  He/ She will take charge of the club event activities from idea generation to program execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in loyalty, marketing or public-relations area; prior experience with membership or loyalty programs an advantage
  • Good communication skills, customer-centric, versatile and good business acumen
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with CRM software applications
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
