Job Description

To cope with the Organization development, a newly created opening for supporting the implementation of various INDIVIDUAL DONOR acquisition and management campaigns, assisting the immediate supervisor on fundraising campaigns management. Provision of efficient administration / logistic support to ensure the smooth execution of various fundraising projects as well as enhancement of Orbis’s image are all important objectives for this job.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the implementation of approved campaigns to achieve best results for acquiring and managing donors.
  • Liaise with outside suppliers and in-house relevant departments to coordinate and manage the production of effective fundraising materials.
  • Ensure all fundraising activities are administrated in a timely, high-quality manner and within budget.
  • Support the team through data generation and analysis. Prepare timely and meaningful reports for planning fundraising campaigns.
  • Support other fundraising offices and participate in other Orbis activities, as requested.

 

REQUIREMENT

  • University graduate majoring in marketing, business administration or social science
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of marketing/ advertising/ communication industry, with solid experience in managing suppliers on production of marketing materials and event management
  • Good experience of data mining and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative marketing ideas, and to judge design layout and artwork professionally
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Must show initiative and independence continuously, and have a desire for self-improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and logical mindset
  • Presentable manner, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of database management, Photoshop and other desktop publishing skills will be definite advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Development Executive
