Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation of integrated marketing activities to enhance brand awareness for Victoria Educational Organisation.

• To produce high quality brand communications, including all external marketing materials to internal staff and comprehensive school materials.

• Regular communications to engage with existing and potential customers, such as e-newsletter, website and social media content updates, parenting and educational events and so on.

• To closely work with inter-departments for new businesses launch and implement cost effective PR and marketing campaigns.

• Follow up with mass media and digital partners to prepare publicity plan and implement integrated marketing activities, from traditional mass communications, SEO, SMO, content marketing to social media management and so on.

• To organize the group’s annual corporate and inter-schools anchor events. Responsible for rundown planning, guests and press relations, overall events related production and publicity, on site event management as we’ll as internal coordination.

• Follow up with strategic partners for joint promotions activities.

• Regular reporting to keep monitoring results, budget and expenses.

• Support in competitive review and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing/Communication preferred.

• Over 3 years integrated marketing experience, advantageous with new product launch marketing experience.

• Prefer with solid digital marketing or/and event marketing experience, candidates with agencies background can be considered.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, projects management and organization skills.

• Good team player, have passion in education industry and marketing; with entrepreneur mindset and can do attitude.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
