Responsibilities:

• Provide full scope of office administrative supports to marketing team
• Maintain accurate data records in system/database
• Support daily operations of shops, include handling of customers’ enquirers and working with frontline staff
• Assist execution of promotion plans and marketing events
• Liaison with business units and external vendors to deliver quality service to customers
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Business Administration or Marketing related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• A good team player, work independently and customer-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good literacy of computer skills, including promotion material design
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Services Officer
