Responsibilities:

• Takes care of product portfolio for region needs;
• Prepare & conduct presentations to staff, management and suppliers when required.
• Supporting product launch and market penetration by providing timely product information and training materials. In necessary cases, support commercial team by participating at Shop Display, Customer Events, Exhibitions, etc.
• Will be as lean as possible includes stock keeping unit management.
• To benchmark, measure and analyze customer needs, competitors and market trends Manage local market pricing level competitively and effectively;
• To work with R&D teams for project developments
• Provide internal product training
• Manage local market intelligence, incl. new legislation, trends and future product requirements.

Requirements:

• Experiences in Lighting or Semi-conductor industries;
• Strong presenter, planner, time manager and aggressive producer with the ability to set priorities and maintain high-quality standards
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is preferred
• Good communication silks with Engineer for new projects development
• Working Location: Hong Kong office and Guangzhou factory plant. Frequent travel or station may be needed.
• Knowledge of lighting applications, LED technology;
